Corn-Stuffed Poblano Chiles

WOW is just all I can say about this little dish. I haven't made something this complex in a while. I'm also happy to say that I used two new ingredients- poblanos and tomatillos. The mixture was chicken, goat cheese and fresh corn. Next time I will serve with some sort of creamy rice or polenta.
